Message	We do get it right the vast majority of the time, but the times when we don't are just inexcusable to me and I'm working hard towards getting better. I feel that the customer that posted above has every right to be upset and I'm just sorry that it happened. However his experience is not the standard but a small minority which I will squash in time. Post like this do shed light on things for me and I do make changes accordingly. We appreciate everyone's patience with us and can assure our customers that our intentions are in the right place. Unlike many other sponsors here that have come and gone and scammed numerous members we have a business that isn't going anywhere built on a firm foundation and massive inventories.
